Who we are
SizeHim is operated by Rocco Group OÜ, registry code 11286471, Estonia. For privacy questions or a request about your data, email info@sizehim.com.
SizeHim is for adults aged 18 and over. Please upload only a hand photo you have permission to use.
Information we process
- Your uploaded hand photo, selected experience, scan status and generated size/shape prediction or recommendation.
- Account and sign-in details, including your email address when provided through your account.
- Order, subscription and payment-reference information. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Your name, email address and message when you contact us.
- Device, usage and technical information, such as page visits, scan events, errors and performance data.
Why we use it
We use this information to process your photo, generate and deliver your result, provide account features, link payments to scans, manage subscriptions, respond to messages and keep the service working.
SizeHim’s algorithm generates predictions and recommendations automatically from a hand photo. These are not direct anatomical measurements or a medical assessment.
Depending on the processing, our legal bases are providing the service you request, meeting legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and consent where required.
Service providers
- Clerk: account access and authentication.
- Stripe: payments and subscription management.
- Amazon Web Services: uploaded-image storage, processing infrastructure and service emails.
- Vercel: hosting and performance monitoring.
- PostHog: product-usage analytics and troubleshooting.
Providers may process information in countries outside your own. Applicable transfer arrangements depend on the provider and the service configuration. Information may also be disclosed where needed to comply with law or protect the service.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, your chosen experience, age confirmation and linking scans with an account or payment. Product analytics also use browser identifiers. Blocking browser storage can affect these features.
You can stop PostHog product analytics in this browser. This does not disable sign-in or payment cookies, or separate performance monitoring.
You can change this setting separately on each device.
How long information is kept
We retain information for the purposes described here. Relevant factors include whether a scan is being processed, whether result or account access is still needed, and whether payment records, support requests or legal obligations require retention. Different categories of information may be kept for different periods.
To ask about a particular photo or result, or request its deletion, email info@sizehim.com. Include enough information to identify the scan or account, but do not send payment-card details. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Keep your account credentials and result links private unless you choose to share them. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
